Pip is a professional actor, film & theatre maker, acting & career coach, casting assistant & entrepreneur. She has a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts (Acting) from NIDA & a Bachelor of Creative Arts (devised work, filmmaking, philosophy & arts management/law) from Melbourne Uni.

As an actor, Pip Edwards plays Dr Anna Griffin on “Home & Away”. She recently finished shooting comedy feature film “A Few Less Men”, written by Dean Craig (“Death at a Funeral”), to be released later this year.

Past television credits include ‘Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries‘, ‘ANZAC Girls‘, ‘Wonderland’ and ‘Forever Young’, as well as feature films ‘Little Black Dress’ and ‘Who’s That Boy’. Her stage credits include “Ghosts” with The Melbourne Theatre Company (Main Stage), directed by Gale Edwards, staring Linda Cropper and Philip Quast, and with iconic theatre companies Sisters Grimm, Little Ones Theatre and Curve8. She has trained and performed at Amy Poehler’s Upright Citizen’s Brigade Improvisation School in L.A.

Pip has a passion for creating new content, having written, directed and produced numerous short films and live performances. Her devised productions  ‘Theseus at Daybreak’ and ‘We Are All Made of Stars’ performed sell-out seasons, and her super-hero-housewife alter-ego ‘Gwenny’ was made into hilarious short ‘The Adventures of Gwenny’ in 2015.

Pip teaches extensively throughout Australia, including at many of Sydney’s most renowned drama institutions. She has also worked with groups disadvantaged young people and people with intellectual disabilities to voice their stories through drama, theatre and film.

Pip runs a successful private coaching studio, where she coaches and mentors actors for auditions, screen-tests, and business/career/mindset coaching, industry advancement (getting agents etc), detailed screen-acting, as well as shooting (and booking) actors’ self-tapes.
