Zach O’Dwyer was born and raised in Wollongong, NSW.
Zach found his passion for acting and film when he was about 10 or 11 though his mother would strongly disagree, claiming it sprouted as early as age 3 or 4 after multiple viewings of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Back to the Future. Nonetheless, Zach’s passion for his creative art is forever growing, and in some ways has dominated his life.
Zach attended Sydney Actors School straight out of a performing arts high school, so the ball has been rolling for quite a while now. He has been a featured actor in short films and has worked with/been taught by amazing people throughout this industry. SAS has also sparked his love for writing.
Zach is both thrilled and sad to graduate from Sydney Actors School as it has shaped him into a bright, young, professional actor – while allowing him to grow as an emerging independent creative. He is definitely looking forward to contributing to the Australian industry.
