SINGING TECHNIQUE

Demi is the definition of a multi-passionate artist, a trait that was encouraged & nurtured by SAS, where she graduated in 2019.

Demi has been avidly building a community of artists on Instagram who follow her for her practical tips as a producer, her creative acting/singing work, and her journey as an artist. In 2025, she had a collective reach of over 150,000 accounts and now is growing a following of female-identifying artists. As an emerging leader, Demi feels a great responsibility to build and nurture the conditions in which great art can happen: both for herself and others alike.

As a singer, producer, and actor, Demi has performed both domestically and internationally, featuring in a staged musical of Alice in Wonderland at the Hanoi Opera House, Vietnam. Following her stage debut, she performed on live television as a guest on the Sao Mai Gala, featuring Australian classic hits arranged for live orchestra. She later returned to Vietnam as a musical advisor on a live-broadcast musical for Tết. In this role, she conducted voice coaching for the children’s cast, among whom were some of Vietnam’s most recognised young performers.

Demi has performed original cabarets at renowned venues around Sydney – notably Claire’s Kitchen at Le Salon and The Queen’s Club – where she drew on the golden era of musical theatre and jazz standards. Beyond live performance, Demi was featured as a session artist on the score of the feature-length documentary Diving Into The Darkness, which became a top-three charting documentary on Apple TV in North America upon its release.

As a teacher, Demi owns and operates a music teaching studio in Western Sydney where she provides voice, piano, and acting lessons and specialises in guiding students before and during tertiary education. She produced her first short film Émilie & Voltaire, in association with Opera Australia, premiering it in Lucca, Italy, at the Puccini Chamber Opera Festival. It also screened at the Paris Short Film Festival, where it won Best Production Design. Expanding her skillset into videography, she has produced, filmed, and directed music videos and digital media campaigns for performing arts companies in Sydney.
