Daniel Izard is an actor and model born and raised in Sydney.
Daniel’s journey through Sydney Actors School has led him to transform into a lion under the mentorship of Lyn Pierse, voice commercials with Stephen Hunter, and learn Tai Chi with fight director Tim Dashwood. While studying, Daniel appeared in three plays: ‘Face to Face’ (dir. Felix Williamson), ‘Little Girls Alone in the Woods’ (dir. Kim Hardwick), and ‘Metamorphoses’ (dir. Andrea Demetriades), as well as a supporting lead in his cohort’s short film ‘Swedish Death Cleaning’. Telling the stories of and sitting deeply with the characters he’s played has given Daniel a new perspective on the world. Daniel is an actor with a warm heart and an open mind, eager to tell the world as many stories as he can.
