Genevieve is a Filipino-Australian, Sydney-based actor & writer.
Growing up with a feisty Filo mother, she was taught very young just how important it is to work hard, be grateful and scream your lungs out when it’s karaoke time! She always aims to bring this ambition and freedom to her work. She has performed in: ‘Girl Asleep’ dir. Kate Gaul and ‘Joan Must Die* (*I Never Liked Her Anyways)’ dir. Megan O’Connell; and UTS Capstone film, ‘Fish Out Of Water’ directed by Aya Miyazaki. During her training, she was selected to write, produce and direct two short films. Her ensemble’s graduating film, Fertile Ground, has been long-listed for ACTAA’s pitch focus program. Genevieve is excited to bring her drive and creativity to the industry.
